All of the watches are always available to purchase on the website every Wednesday and Saturday at 11:30 AM Eastern Standard Time.
We aim to collect watches with good appearance and quality. Before posting on website, we will replace the watches with new batteries, restore bands, clean them and reconstructing what was broken and capturing them as accurately as possible so that you will receive the one you love with perfect appearance and quality.
Most of the diamond watches are hand-set by our masters and then set with diamonds. If they are original diamonds, they will be specially marked on the product, and the grade of the diamonds will also be specially marked.
All orders are dispatched within 1- 4 business days.
You can track your order by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
We offer shipping via UPS, based on your choice during checkout. For all orders valued over $1000, we will ship via FedEx to ensure enhanced security and tracking.
If your order is lost, or delivered to the wrong address, please contact the postal service regarding your claim. There will be no refunds on lost orders unless the postal service takes accountability. If you seek for more safety, you can purchase an insurance with your watch while checking out.
